Taking this evening to mentally reset and catch up on all of the #AEW we missed this week... I've heard that routines are good for grief, so Sickos, let's catch up. I hear I have a HangMega hug to build to, a rafter goblin to scream about, and a returning dinosaur to cheer.

Finally home and resting with the kiddos... this absolutely fucking sucks, but we have to keep going. We have an amazing village around us to keep us strong and supported. Thank you to everyone who's thought of us this week and to those who reached out. It sucks all around, but we'll get there. 💜💜💜

And it's over. He was able to save three lives today with his gift of donation, but fuck, this sucks. I was able to get his thumbprint on a few tiny wooden hearts, and we're gonna take the kids to build a bear this weekend with them...

Today's morning update wasn't great. He started "twitching, NOT seizing" when they decreased sedation, so they re-increased it to calm him. His Dr's say they just tried to do things to early and that he probably just needs more time to heal... so.... yeah....

Good news from my evening check in!!! They're going to start weaning him off the med keeping him asleep around 7a! Once he starts fighting the tubes they'll remove the ventilator, then it becomes a game of stability until he's coherent. Omg guys, I'm so fucking relieved. Scariest 2 days of my life.

Kids and hubby are finally feeling better, so of course, it was my turn. Low grade fever since Sunday night, haven't been able eat, tummy troubles, cough, runny nose and a gods awful headache... so of course, this was the perfect time to open my longest wip and completely traumatize Chuck and my OC.
