The worst part in the professional setting is that if it’s enabled, then nothing you say or do will change it.
You will be the bad guy for bringing it up, and it was something you misheard or misinterpreted.

It’s tiring and frustrating.
After all this time, I still can’t handle this type of person.
It feels like their main goal is always to make people feel like they aren’t good enough.
Whatever they say and do is always right though. Even if they’re trying to be subtly prejudiced.

Never mind the fact that they told you not to speak to them and that if you do they’ll call HR on you.
They never said that though, you must have misinterpreted or misheard it.
They could talk about all of your poor behavior, but conveniently forget the messed up shit they say on a daily.

Recently I had a problem with somebody similar. They lack any form of accountability and it is someone else’s fault.
They weren’t paying attention for an hour? Why didn’t you say something?
They say rude and say something kind of racist? You’re being griff and abrupt with them.
