First roses but now the bushes are full. Also the azaleas. After the long time of freezing temperatures in upstate SC this winter I thought I'd lose plants. But they are blooming more than ever. Resilience.

There was a preponderance of purple iris this year...the yellow will be here soon. Some welcome rain last weekend and a nice shower happening now.
