It is the job of judges to check unconstitutional actions. This president is trying to go it alone and be a king. And the current congress and senate majority are not doing their job so the courts are all we have. The president has a duty to the constitution!

The thing law school really impressed upon me is that all of this stuff is made up. When we talk about things being illegal, we are simply talking about an agreement. “Legality” does not matter when the underlying concept is no longer agreed upon.

It’s pretty clear to me that Trump is letting his Project 2025 cronies dictate policy while he uses the tax payers dime to go golfing in Florida. I’d like to think that his lack of knowledge of the going’s on I his administration is a defense ploy but I’m not so sure.

It is mind staggering that every time someone is called to testify in front of congress they don’t answer any questions. And they just get a pass. Why do t they have to answer the f-ing questions. Is that the whole point!
