Isn't that with supportive services? In his case it was literally just a room, plus a shared kitchen that he didn't use and shared bath. He didn't have a kitchen in his room-- just a rice cooker.

There are places that are kind of like that in Mpls-- multiple dwellers, shared kitchen and bathrooms. My bf lived in a place like that. Really cheap, though he never used the kitchen just made food in his room.

I agree with you that the light rail should run all night.

In the winter, when the light rail stops before the concert ends and the bike lanes aren’t plowed, there needs to be an alternative. Telling people they need to bike home in the snow after the light rail stops running isn’t an option.

Public transportation is not an option for concerts currently because they don’t all run past the time concerts end, so alternatives are needed.

Do they though? I would think they encourage people to not own a car, using in combination with biking/public transport. Similar to Uber/Lyft.

It's gotta be frustrating for journalists scraping by and doing great work to go to NY Times dot com and read a puff piece written by a nepo baby that whitewashes a journalist who had sex with a source and has now parlayed that into a new book and a job at Vanity Fair
