Impressed to see prompt action in Greece re serving alcohol to minors. Lessons for Ireland. Hospital EDs here frequently treat intoxicated people including minors. Vanishingly rare to see prosecutions either for serving minors or intoxicated persons.

Good to see that the new gov has committed to ‘Continue to tackle harmful alcohol consumption through effective regulations’. The most effective regs are controls on price, marketing and availability.
