Pretty happy with this one. The wrens seemed closer than normal, almost comfortable with me being nearby. This one came within a few feet of me and stayed close for a while, even holding still long enough for a decent shot in the low early morning light.

I had to check multiple shots from multiple angles to confirm that this was, in fact, just a sunflower seed hanging from the duck's bill and not some new fanged species of duck. Nice try, 2025.
