In Seaport they were putting utilities on 2nd and 3rd floor years ago because they knew they were exposed to flooding, which they knew would get worse. Let’s see, if I protect the building but no one can get in the building because the neighborhood is flooded …

I recently rode the Shinkansen from Tokyo to Kyoto and back. Pretty cool experience. And that’s less than 2/3 the speed.

Not that post much but I enjoy writing alt text - doing as you say, revisiting the image and the experience. But I haven’t added alt text to videos. Is that even possible or should that be in the post itself?

I remember when I first used a scriber. So much cleaner than pen and ink but I was never very good at it.
