We hadn't seen some of these in many years; posters tend to get pretty beaten up on tours, or lost in the shuffle. But Mark O, bless him, had kept a few of them in one piece, and he signed 'em too. (So did I).

For the final week of the crowdfunding campaign for The New World, we've added a few more perks courtesy of our pal Mark Ohe, who sent us a care package of tour posters from our Matador and Sub Pop days.

Shipped out my (EL’s) favorite JPOB stage light today to Alex, who very generously supported our album crowdfund.

How is everyone? We’ve got some news to share (soon).

This one really hurts. One of the great honors of my life was appearing in the third season of Twin Peaks - in audio-only form- as the keyboard player in Sharon Van Etten’s “Tarifa”. My fifteen year old peaks-obsessed self died and went to heaven.

While we were out in TX doing a session for the next album, we resurrected our #askshearwater videos and answered a bunch of your questions about the new record, other projects, whether we’d like to tour (spoiler: yes), and songwriting: youtu.be/7WKClznekpc?...
