Here again, watching this disgusting display of bigotry and hate move forward. I signed up to speak against the Iowa Civil Rights Removal Act at the public hearing today, but I was #60, which means we ran out of time before I got a chance to make my voice heard. So let me share it here:

A few years ago I ran into a state senator at an event and ended up having dinner with her. At one point I brought up that I was trans and I was tired of everything that was going on.
