I'm not in psych or med and I can even tell a common denominator in this study could be socioeconomic status. There's likely many other factors. This is science 101🤦

I follow almost exclusively scientists and science creators yet everything in my feed is American politics and I'm not even American. I get that it's important but I want to see science and jokes, too.

This is crazy, you'd think that a UNIVERSITY of all places would know that biological sex isn't just male and female. I could see some non science based institutions doing this because they're uneducated but a university...?

How fast was shipping through bookstore.org? This seems like a great alternative. I try to shop local when possible but sometimes bookstores near me don't carry what I'm looking for. They can usually order from their supplier but it often takes 2+ weeks for the book to arrive

I've seen people say that people who read only non fiction are red flags. Some people have really strange opinions on what people read and I don't know why lmao

I think that would only worsen the echo chambers. Imagine you're a gay kid and your small town's social media is full of bigots. You'd have no idea that homophobia isn't a shared sentiment in other parts of the world/country

Even then stipends aren't keeping up with inflation and many kids in their 20s still need loans

(2/2) but if you were to replace all light stable isotopes with heavy stable isotopes, metabolic enzymes begin to fail. For D2O death occurs when levels are raised to 35% but sublethal effects are seen at 20%.
