This should be getting more attention imo. No being able to hold the Orange Felon and his posse in contempt of court will make court orders essentially useless.
Neguse: There’s a ridiculous contempt provision that would essentially try to stop federal courts—or limit their ability—from enforcing contempt orders. Why? Because they know the Trump administration is losing in every federal court in the land…

I don't want my taxes to pay for these Afrikaners to get a free ride. I wanted it to pay for cancer research, special education, park rangers, etc... but some other Afrikaner (aka fElon) was allowed to end that. What a bunch of bullshit.

Even *if* you accept Stephen Miller’s (textually, historically, and morally indefensible) claim that undocumented immigrants are not entitled to due process, you’d *still* need due process to ensure that the individuals at issue are, in fact, undocumented.
