Progress-ish Pic

Got an update to my body scan from a month and a half ago, and I'm making progress.

Weight: 297.0 -> 301.4 😑
Lean mass: 194.2 -> 207 💪
Fat Mass: 102.7 -> 94.4 😍

Wondering how my wife did 100000lbs of volume today, and I just can't find any mistakes. Just her going to failure on chest press like usual.

I made some vegetarian 🌱 curry hand pies. Potatoes, carrots and onions, simmered in a Japanese curry 🍛, wrapped in dough 🥟 I took the dough recipe from the critical role cookbook, and the filling was just my own thing since it was pretty simple. 😋

I made some delicious red pepper and sweet potato curry 🌱 with homemade naan 😋

I've been making some really good food now that I have a stand mixer. Such a level-up! All recipes are from Joshua Weissman so far (except the chicken is just a normal panko fried chicken)
