Mr “I made my first million by 26” thinks working people take 10 weeks holiday. What a cunt

I liked my media being a little more critical & 4th estate like.

Getting tired of seeing all these articles online about shortening the summer holiday to make New Zealand 'more productive'....

Sure offices and factories are a bit quieter during January, but it's essential for the productivity and economy of our hospitality, events and tourism regions.

Love how National proudly opposed the Treaty Principles Bill, and wore it like a badge of honour.

Then basically rolled it out anyways. They’re dismantling and removing anything that honours the treaty, and undermining Māori.

Without consultation too like yesterday.
Depressing.

So the Prime Ministers new attack on teachers is their 12 weeks of school holidays which we all know many teachers work through.

Regardless. NZ Parliament has 20+ weeks of recess each year including a far longer summer break than most professions including teaching!!!

#Gaza: people are struggling to find the most basic items—soap, sanitary pads, diapers.

Meanwhile, thousands of hygiene kits are packed and ready in UNRWA warehouses in Jordan and Egypt, just waiting for the green light.

Open the gates.

Fonterra sells off the last of the silverware.

In the space of a couple of decades the co-operative has gone from being a producer of premium-brand milk/butter/ice cream/yoghurt/cheese, to an industrial-scale milk mining operation.
