I am putting up cherry tomatoes today. Part are slow roasting in the oven for “sun-dried” tomatoes, and the rest I'm canning for quick easy meals. The recipe is Bruschetta in a Jar in Preserving with Purpose by Sarah Thrush. #canning #sustainableliving #preserving #gardentotable
