Hiked to a lookout point in the Blue Mountain Birch Cove Wilderness area from Hammonds Plains. Slow 30-40 minute climb for me, 20 minutes on the way back, including time spent on nature's trampoline: moss. 1/2

It doesn't get any better than assisting newly hatched snapping turtles get to the Sackville River. My colleague, David, also on the BoD of @sackvillerivers.bsky.social , spotted them and sent out an email which got me out on a Saturday night to share the joy. ❤️
