i don’t think they are getting rescued this season, if they stick to the initial 5 season plan they will probably get rescued during season 4 or at the beginning of season 5 (that’s what makes sense to me). maybe they will show us a little glimpse of post rescue but that’s it

I think one of the keys to good storytelling is remembering that the men should be accessories to the women the story is actually about and accessories don’t get side quests (unless perhaps those side quests are directly leading to their very meaningful and important imminent deaths)
