According to Rassoul Edji, who worked on Prime's face in Tranformers Rise of the Beasts, Steven Caple Jr, the director, did not tell him to make prime's face to look like peter cullen's face (3rd pic). Honestly kinda a scummy move for trying to reduce criticism by lying.

Wouldn't it be cool if in the Transformers One sequel they reveal that there's secretly a 14th prime which turns out to be Nova Prime from the devastation game and he's that universe's The Fallen?
