This is a brilliant read, and an important part of the picture. Parents are the focus of the law. But if the schools can’t deliver, then it’s all for the birds.
The traumatic experience of tribunals for EHCPs is often told from the parents' perspective - for good reasons - but looking at it from the school perspective tells us a huge amount about the disaster of the current system.
