My biggest flaw is the fear of judgement.
I faced it the other day during yoga. Instead of packing up when my friend walked in, I kept going. He didn’t judge me, but even if he had, I realized I’d still do it anyway. Fear doesn’t control me—I’m learning to embrace discomfort and grow through it. 💪✨

There's a beautiful crystal clear lake called Ellis Pond up in Maine between Andover and Roxbury that I visited earlier this year.
I hope to return here in the summer to do some freediving 🫧
Would also be fun to swim over to French Island (which you can see in the center in the distance) 😊

Sleeping turtles can remain underwater for several hours. In cold water during winter, when they are almost hibernating, they can hold their breath for up to 7 hours. Just incredible animals. ❤️

one thing I'd like to get better at is asking people questions. I have an intense fear of bothering people so it's very hard to do! But I love learning weird facts, or aspects of people's jobs you wouldn't think of, etc.

Becoming comfortable with discomfort has been my mantra for the past 6 months and it's been life changing.
The term for it I got from therapy was Willingness.
I practice it with wall sits, cold showers and breath holding.
It's okay for feelings to be there without labeling them as good or bad. 💙
