"For me?" I said to the nice lady at the door this morning. Then I saw the yellow roses. My heart jumped into my mouth. My Mums favourites. Soon after, I was wrecked with tears.

Since moving to Hastings, I've been blown away by how clear the night skies are down here. This was taken on my phone last night.

Jupiter, which is fast approaching opposition, is centre here, with the Pleiades just up and to the right.

After 48+hrs of banging and crashing from the scaffolding due to the near constant 50mph winds, Hastings has returned to it's lovely peaceful self... Maybe I'll get some sleep tonight. And my roof repaired. 🙏😫
