Hey Jonah! Yes that’s a great article and I use it in my paper, which does a deeper dive on state laws allowing for gang designations, the non immigration consequences, and the litigation in the last 10 years that has taken these databases on.

Perhaps not to the same degree, but I worry of what is to come, and whether our system of remedies (as interpreted by the courts) is built to withstand it.
