The Zelda timeline, for example, has been picked over by fans for years, but it intentionally makes no sense. There is little textual continuity, or LORE, because thats just not how Ntndo designs their games. Each one is its own thing and they throw in little Easter eggs and treats for longtime fans

I tend to call it Ultraman continuity, Ultraman and Ultraseven were their own stories until Return of Ultraman decided to have a crossover episode. Essentially Its Canon when its convenient, to comfortably squeeze in easter eggs for longtime fans.

Funny as the other two and crammed with plenty of sillies (Craig has gone full mint julep-sipping cartoon), but there’s a REAL fucking and biting viciousness in here that feels only lifted higher by the fact that it looks really, REALLY goddamn good. Steve Yedlin rocked the hell out of this one.
