Despite what anyone says there are more than 4percent of federal workers going into the office. Even though there may not always be space people are going into the office

Continue to support each other. For that is how we will persist in standing and holding all that makes us human and caring and free.

“…VA HBPC RD here,also US Army Veteran...I worked until 6p or later 4 nights this wk, which isn't uncommon. When I have a busy day, or busy week, w/unexpected needs for my frail, homebound patients, I just do the job. I don't whine &cry & ask for comp time or overtime.

When the storm passes and the clouds clear. The sun rises and we can see we are making a difference. Keep going ❄️.

so interesting when influencers and Wellness coaches come up with "food rules" they claim everyone should follow 🙄
