Less than a week to make a hat for my best friend's birthday because I didn't have enough wool to make the shawl I had planned? Let's gooooo

I am, however, knitting the sleeves which is both incredibly exciting and deeply frustrating.

Please stop, I am so tired.

My first post is naturally going to have to be about knitting! I'm part of a project here in Plymouth to restore the gansey as a piece of our culture and heritage aaaaand here is my gansey! It's slow going but seeing the progress I'm making so far feels awesome
