That doesn't seem to be what the graph in the article is saying. It doesn't specify the type of work, it says "in full time work". But I'm open to being wrong on this! Where are you seeing that it's women with college degrees vs. men without college degrees?

It looks like from the article, the comparison was between men and women employed in ALL work, not just women "with college degrees" vs men "without college degrees" though. I could be reading this wrong though.
