They could have just left it with the coco's and invested in the infrastructure. If over all planning was an issue, set up a strategic infrastructure department and staff it properly and appropriately. Id bet that would have been cheaper then Irish water. #speirgorm

Same reason aer lingus only cares about long haul US routes...we're stuck in the past and cant look towards Europe or anywhere outside the anglosphere. Plus rte never cared about the locals.

Its made a huge difference in the part of West wicklow im in. So many people use the local link in and out to the main town and on the weekends people use it to get home from a local small village pub. Its breathed life into people and places. #speirgorm
