I lost a few hundred bags of substrate today.
Green mold.
I normally am unphased at this point when these things happen.
But this landed differently today.
I had been tending this new strain for 4 months.

Start again tomorrow.

I'll use birch polypore to deal with toothaches.
Curt a slice and pack it onto the gum for a couple of hours. Pain goes away permanently.
You can also use the skin of this mushroom as an analgesic layer for abrasions.

I'm guessing this is Birch Polypore (Fomitopsis betulina)!

Mushroom risotto cooked to perfection in my Zojirushi rice cooker. Gluten-free, dairy free, and alcohol free. And yet, still quite tasty. My first time making risotto. #cooking
