Although actually, as annoying as it is when people pretend to be embarrassed that they’re overpaid, I’ll take that over making yourself a trillionaire and then terrorizing everyone on earth because you actually believe you deserve it

*They joke all the time about barely skimming the guests’ Wikipedia pages, and recording the show takes a few hours a week, and someone else handles production, etc etc etc. I’m not undervaluing their work but you know what I mean!!

Yes usually my Mondays are like Ok can I work an 8-hour day plus do all the laundry cooking shopping etc I didn’t do all weekend, and then the question is answered by whatever emergency pops up first
