I bought a HYDROW rower 3 years ago. I’ve worked out at least once a week ever since. Usually 5 times a week. 156 weeks without skipping a workout. 1701 HYDROW workouts overall. Plus independent ones without the rower and its app.

Hudson and Ripley had their annual vet visit. As always, leaving the house is trauma. But the boys are in good health.

Forget Pete Hegseth. Let’s focus on Joe Hesketh, who won 12 games for the Red Sox in 1991. Without him, the Sox would have finished in 4th place instead of 2nd place.
True, they missed the playoffs regardless. But it was nice having a decent #2 starter behind Clemens for once.

I planted these tritoma in May. Throughout the summer they had only one or two flowers at a time. They would go weeks without any flowers. September rolls around and they explode.
