My university (SUNY Oswego)'s health center was named for her - I wish we knew more of her history at the university while I was attending.

This is going to be tough. You may be able to circumvent it by contacting the funeral home her arrangements were handled as they often have a copy of the death certificate. Also, if her case went to probate the file also may have the death certificate. What are you hoping to learn?

I'm not sure if it's bizarre, but but my 1x cousin 3x removed Rev. Joseph Rooney had a filly named Nancy Budlong, one of the fastest in Prince Edward Island. There's many mentions of his horse in the races.

What do you mean her OG death certificate? I thought she died in New Jersey.
