When i was shooting Warcraft up in Vancouver, there was this amazing sushi joint just down the street that did these MASSIVE slabs of sashimi, the freshest fish possible. So good!
Found a great place for fresh fish here, & cut it myself, “slab style!” (White stuff is grated daikon with soy sauce.)
