I had my Mom enrolled in a monthly flower subscription service. I cancelled it as she has passed. They sent me a free bouquet and condolences. The Bouqs is my go to flower service. Direct from growers. Highly recommend

Is it RLS? A tremor? Dyskinesia? It goes away when my meds wear off completely and it’s not rhythmic, the agonist doesn’t help it. I’m going to say dyskinesia. It usually happens at bedtime& keeps me awake so i took my last dose early to see if it stopped. It did.

Final bit. We need ongoing affordable and accessible personalized neuro physical therapy. Anyway my foot/leg straightened out after meds and walking helps a lot. I’m way better since i started walking at least 3 miles a day
