Fat more important than what people realize. Dietary fat not only major source energy, required for absorption of fat soluble vitamins like A, D, E, and K. Not enough fat in diet, body can't absorb vitamins effectively. Can impact vision, immune function, bone health.

Often associate snacking as unhealthy...depends on situation and intention. "One-size-fits-all" claims on headlines/media miss full picture. Important to have that balance and make mindful choices. Try eating healthy snack alternative and prioritize meals. Balance is key!
