He has scabies which is eminently treatable. Any shelter COULD treat. He just needs quarantine, which THIS shelter won't do.

I object 100% to the destruction of the East Wing, but
The Secret Service, DHS & Pentagon must be involved in both the planning and implementation of such a major modification.
I bet that this isn't currently the case.
Construction cannot continue until security oversight has been established.
