The Privacy Acr of 1974, states that the IRS (or any Fed Agency) must inform employees the reasons why they are requesting information, how it will be used, and what could happen if they don't provide it.

the class was in Atlanta. I'm in Austin but one of our instructors was helping teach the Atlanta class.

I spent 11 years on phones or teaching the new hires myself. And the new hires are all seasonals anyway. Letting them go now is a complete waste of resources.

They just walked an entire CSR class out that just spent 12 weeks learning how to answer refund question calls.
