Randomly remembered I exist here too. Dealing with a concussion and a sinus infection, so that's been swell.

Times like these I feel like I'm an alien among men. How does putting people down make someone feel empowered? How does one make that feeling more important than anything else? I cannot understand it, yet apparently millions of men feel this way.

Going to work on being more present here, deactivated my Twitter account yesterday. Kicking this off with a quote:

Still kicking, just takes more mental effort and energy to post than it used to. My assistant manager at work fucked me out of 16 hours this week, so that was awesome. Found out my son lost his virginity over the holiday break (he's 17). My partner's heart condition is worsening. Pushing forward.

Passed a kidney stone this morning, and apparently i may have one more on the way. So today has been just awesome.

Day 5. A car was set on fire at work today, but thankfully our fire extinguisher performed admirably. Catching up on posts here. I am thankful for this place.

Missed a day due to wrecking my sleep schedule, but day 4 observations: I cannot overstate how wonderful it is to just see posts here that I want to see. Now I just need to get in the habit of posting myself.

Day 2 among the blue sky. It is refreshing seeing no incredibly out of place ads here. I just need to get my ND brain to roll over and follow more people. It's nice here.
