Straight up I do not really enjoy ultraviolence but will tolerate if otherwise compelled.

I picked it up in highschool and I think the appeal for me was always that getting into Marvel / DC comics always felt a little overwhelming but Invincible felt like it had similar breadth to an entire comics universe in an easy to approach book.

Curious where you fell off, was there something specific. I'm a fan but I'll be honest the level of violence that the series is known for and hangs it's hat on has always felt incongruent to with the actual content of the narrative to me.

I have been beating this drum for a while but I view Goku and Vegeta as basically solved characters, if their story ends with them off on their own just fighting each other for eternity I find that pretty satisfying. I would love if DB in general just became an exploration of the supporting cast
