One of my favourite on the road activities is going to a self service laundrette… I find the wait time to be just the right amount of time to be soothing, meditative and calming.

Eeeep just signed up for my first ever half marathon next Spring! Hoping if I concentrate on training well enough I can add this to my 6 mile lake swim and 120 mile cycle ride achievements!
