She did ask me about work but seemed happy when I said I was volunteering at the Church on Wednesday mornings. She wants to see how the Sertraline goes and see her again in 8 weeks.

I initially I left without the prescription I thought it would all be done electronically but they phoned me up so I wasn't far away so made it back to collect the prescription. Apparently then the GP will add to my repeats.

I actually think moving to the smaller room might be a better move. It feels more cosy and private once I shut the door. It is quieter.

It's going to be a hassle to move because there isn't much space to rearrange things. But with some shuffling I'll get it done. Once it's done I will feel much better and hopefully sleep better. Sleep deprivation has caused me psychosis in the past as well so it's for the best.

I'm going to try moving my bed and TV back into the other room (the proper bedroom). When I went in there the other night I couldn't hear the noise. It's just smaller though annoyingly my washing machine is in there but at least that's on during the day.

Home now. I feel overwhelmed to be honest but I will rest now with a tea before making a sandwich for lunch.

I've put the heating on for an hour. That will be enough for the moment. I sit up on my bed with the electric blanket on and get heat from that.
