I've collected my prescription today and it's all there so that's good. They are a very good pharmacy. Always seem to have my meds in stock so are reliable. I've updated my order for my supermarket shopping which is coming tomorrow.

I've been for my walk this morning. It was drizzly out so I had my hood up on my coat. I saw 5 Dogs 🐕. Saw the pair of Beagles again.

Just done prayers with some members of my church on zoom 😇. It's been a day of teleconferencing for me today. All seems to happen on the same day 🙂.

Just had my autism group meeting on MS Teams. The topic today was 'music and entertainment'. I didn't have much to share today as not overly interested in music but was good to attend.

Saw my counsellor on MS Teams. It was a really good meeting. It's good to have her to talk to.

Well I struggled to get up this morning. I think it's a reaction to the meds as had plenty of sleep. Anyway I've been for a walk. I saw one Dog 🐕.

Managed to clean my kitchen this afternoon. Watched some of Donald Trump's speech. We do seem to live in more uncertain times. Got an appointment with my counsellor tomorrow and my online autism group.

I've managed to get going and had my blood test this morning. So that is all done.

I've took my night pills at 6:30pm as Alexa usually reminds me to. Though I haven't taken my lithium as I've got a blood test in the morning to measure my lithium levels. Test is only valid in first 12 hours of taking lithium so I will take it later tonight.

A quiet day today. Spent some time hugging Snoopy as his so soothing. Did little jobs to run my household and stay well. The most important job this evening was putting the recycling bin out for tomorrow. Did evening prayer which had a nice hymn and some wonderful readings 😇.

Not a bad start to the morning considering how I'm feeling. Had a shave and doing some laundry. Just put Saturdays dry laundry from the airers away too.

My headache seems gone so I think the paracetamol helped. Feel a bit off though. Unsettled. Hopefully a sleep will help.

I've got an awful headache now 😞. I've took paracetamol. Hopefully that will fix it.

I felt more lethargic than usual today. I suspect my depot injection dose is kicking in. Hugged Snoopy and listened to a Tim Keller sermon in the afternoon. Done my evening prayers from daily prayer app which was comforting followed up with prayers for myself and my church.

Very lethargic again this morning. I've been out for a walk though. I saw 5 Dogs 🐕. It's 7c out so not freezing but still wore my thick coat.

Popped into Tesco after church and got myself one of their pre-made sandwiches which was nice for lunch. A bit down hugging Snoopy under my duvet this afternoon. Decided to watch a movie 'The year of the Dog' this evening. Will see how it goes.
