I hate the way the game tries to frame the two endings as "good" and "bad" when they're both pretty terrible outcomes (one is much worse)

This is the world I want to be in far more than anything else I've ever done. I want to get involved in making stuff for this hobby and art form like crazy. Maybe that is a cool thing to think about when the new year comes.

Yeah you're right about that. I've seen the good too, and there's more of that than this.
It just really knocks me down a peg when people I think of being in community with me reveal that they disdain anyone who isn't "Doing Gender Right" and get swarmed with support doing it.

This is one of the core things that made O/U feel very different from Mothership and I found very interesting once I noticed it.
Like in Mosh death is frequent and "cheap", because yes that character is gone but you roll another in minutes and you get to keep playing. Here death meant you're "out".
