From SBJ today, on the proposed #MLS schedule change:
If adopted, MLS would likely begin its regular season in late July or early August, play through mid-December, take a roughly five-week winter break through the beginning of February and conclude the season in late May or early June.

So the big outlay is in installments, SEA acquires a good 24 y/o international with proven MLS success that fills several areas of need, while securing a non-DP contract for his peak years while jettisoning a U22 DP that clearly wasn't in any of their plans.

It was finally time to tally up my MLS 2024 Preseason Table Predictions… worst guess being SKC finishing 1st (ended 13th).
Overall… 61.8% correct!*
