Nice. Thanks for posting your review. I’ve been hesitant to watch because my older kids haven’t seen it yet, and they usually recommend this sort of thing. Maybe their old man will beat them to the punch 😅

I did not expect to see water on that list! I usually have a protein shake every morning after breakfast, and usually I use half milk, half water since the powder dissolves better than just milk. Guess I’ll be adjusting my routine 😅

There’s a decent doc about them on Netflix(?) — That Little Ol' Band from Texas. It’s not deep and it stops after they hit MTV, but still an enjoyable watch
