Me for 2 weeks trying super hard to remember the name of a flower - total blank

Today seeing it on a walk, zero effort to recall name - agapanthus

I mean, thanks brain, where was this information when I needed it? 😆

Being an ADHD Coach is great. I get to talk to other people with ADHD!

Was doing some coaching for someone on their birthday week, so I asked if they had a tiara (they did and so do I) and we both wore our tiaras and had a 'fancy' session.

Fancy hats, another reason why coaching is like DMing.

I recently noticed a lot of ASMR videos were weirdly loud and abrasive. Thought I was just super picky. Which I am. But also there's a setting that is default on on YT. Explains a lot lol.

Caveat: A lot of these ideas are for if you are in an okay place with okay people and may also work if you're in a not okay place where folks are out of pocket, but also, if you're in a bad situation, my main advice is to give yourself permission to leave if at all possible to do safely.

Moving with ADHD problems. Packing's hard! Unpacking takes forever. Cardboard adds a lot of steps at the front and back ends! That's why I rent plastic boxes! They bring them to you, there's a deadline to return them, and they pick them up! And they're reusable! (they can get pretty heavy tho)

Moving with ADHD is definitely hard mode. I can never remember what's done and what isn't, just forever reopening drawers and cabinets to check what's inside. This time I've stopped that tendency in its tracks with post it notes! This lets me know visually what's left to do.
