Sci fi stuff, gardening stuff. And just random crap I think about
It's insane, I can't stop thinking about it. And it ONLY works when reading. I couldn't work out how that would work as an audible book or even in a movie... I need to take a little break before jumping into part 3. And I'm quite tired after staying up till 12.40am to finish that chapter!

Just remembered, did you find any good Bulgarian sci-fi that's available in English?

Oooo I don't have a Bulgarian author's novel on my to read list. So please report back with recommendations (translated into English)

also great meandering (in a good way) episode posing lots of thoughts into; what is science fiction? and what science is? and what science is, in science fiction? my take away is 'dont over think why you like something, just enjoy it'

the 3 body problem on netflix, follows story lines from 3 body problem book, the dark forest (the second book) and Redemption of time (fan fiction that has the approval of the author). the books and the Chinese TV show do explain how the sophons were sent by the aliens to earth to halt science

I was disappointed by the lack of smut, inuendo and not one person said 'titter', not even the British guy!

Yes! Rex is here on bluesky. Now the party can start!

Philip Palmer's red claw has some epic world building, similar in it's weirdness and depth to alien clay

That is the most perfect thing I've read!

No no no, aim for 90%. That little bit of "I'm right, the question is wrong' is sometimes the only hope I have of scoring points. Also an incorrect question increases social media engagement :)

Who knew science fiction was on books too! Great episode. Love a Colin quiz too!

This was great fun to record, an uncomfortable read, but glad I read it. Turns out I didn't read the last sentence though!
