Just got around 2-3 kg of muscle in one month💪 Very proud of it

I’ve been a few days off and focusing in work and gym. How are things going over here?:)

Me: I will try to not push myself too much today and just do a couple of exercises

Yesterday I played on a blitz tournament in my chess club. I finished 6th out of 34 players, and considering that the 5 people above me were all above 2000 ELO rating on the board, I am quite happy with my performance! #chess #chesspunks
