🔻The Court of Justice of the EU has upheld the Directive on MinimumWages but annulled parts of Article 5.

The ECJ found that certain provisions on wage adequacy criteria and indexation mechanisms interfered directly with pay, exceeding the EU’s powers under the Treaties!

At the @workers-eesc.bsky.social @feps-europe.eu seminar, rapporteur Andrzej Buła said algorithmic management can boost productivity, but mustn’t undermine workers’ rights or add red tape.

His draft INL calls for transparency, human oversight & consultation, and a ban on intrusive monitoring.
