Time for a powerlifting year-in-review! In Feb, I started training again after a 6-year break. By July I'd beaten my old PRs, but shoulder pain forced me to deload, reprogram, and focus on technique and fatigue management. I'm proud of 2024's progress and ready to make some more PRs in the new year!
