watched CENSOR. great setting and concept. somewhat rickety pacing is compensated for by beautiful sound and visuals. horror-coded, but almost more of a drama than a bona fide horror. recommend!

saw KEEPER and i'm teetering between 2.5 and 3 stars. loved the music, the ending and, as always, tatiana maslany. not sure i liked much else. not scary enough and doesn't really come together, but also not annoying in the way lots of mediocre horror is. idk. #letterboxd #filmsky

i don't like movies where all of the characters just mope around sadly while not doing much, and i really don't like country music, so THE LAST PICTURE SHOW was always going to be an uphill battle for me.
